These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sagariq.com and the SagarIQ learning platform, including all live classes, mentor check-ins, and related services (together, the "Platform"), operated by SagarIQ ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
The Platform is intended for school students, college students, competitive exam aspirants, and working professionals across India. Where a student is a minor, a parent or guardian must review these Terms on the student's behalf and is responsible for supervising the student's use of the Platform. You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Course fees and schedules are as described on the Platform at the time of purchase. Full payment (or an agreed instalment) is required to confirm enrolment. All paid courses are covered by our Refund Policy, which offers a 7-day, no-questions-asked refund window. We reserve the right to reschedule live batches, change instructors, or adjust course content where reasonably necessary to maintain quality, and we will notify enrolled students of any material change.

We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including suspension or termination of access as described in Section 8.
All course content, recordings, study material, branding, and platform software are the property of SagarIQ or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Enrolling in a course grants you a limited, non-transferable, personal licence to access that content for your own learning. It does not transfer ownership or grant any right to resell, publicly share, or commercially exploit the material.
Where a student is enrolled in a mentor-supported course, we may share attendance, progress updates, and general performance observations with the parent or guardian listed on the account, typically via WhatsApp, in order to support the student's learning. This communication is a core part of the SagarIQ experience and, for mentor-supported courses, cannot be individually opted out of, though you may raise concerns with us at any time using the contact details in Section 11.
We aim to help every student learn effectively and perform well in exams or career outcomes, but we do not guarantee specific results, grades, ranks, or admissions, as these depend on many factors outside our control, including the student's own effort. The Platform is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, SagarIQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, beyond the amount you paid for the relevant course.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Platform for any account found to be in material violation of these Terms, including misuse of the refund policy, unauthorised sharing of course access, or abusive conduct toward staff or other students. Where reasonably possible, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue before suspending an active paid enrolment.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or business practices. We will post the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
